Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Rogers, AR is seeking a National Account Executive to lead planning and execution for the Walmart portfolio, reporting to the Sr Director of Carbonated Soft Drinks for Walmart. The role requires 3+ years of CPG sales or sales support with national retail accounts and cross‑functional leadership to deliver the Annual Operating Plan.

You will own customer relationships, negotiate priorities, manage the promotional process, and participate in quarterly and annual planning

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CPG Sales or sales support experience at a national retail account.
• Walmart and/or DSD experience.
• 2 years of cross-functional experience outside of Sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft strategic growth plans for DSD Carbonated Soft Drinks and Immediate Consumption at Walmart.
• Own and manage key relationships, aligning initiatives and priorities.
• Lead customer merchant relationship and negotiations balancing company and customer priorities.
• Manage the promotional process from planning to execution and ensure retailer timelines are met.
• Represent the team in quarterly, semi-annual, and annual planning meetings.
• Utilize internal, syndicated and POS data to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Develop trade spend strategies including price pack planning and adjustments.
