Scenthound in Minnesota is seeking a Sales & Front Desk Associate to drive membership sales while delivering exceptional service to every customer and their dog. You will manage front desk tasks, schedule appointments, and maintain member profiles.

The ideal candidate has sales and customer service experience, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and a passion for dogs. Weekend availability and a smoke-free work environment are required; training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially in memberships, is highly valued.
• Customer service experience in retail or service.
• Proficiency with computers and basic technology.
• Passion for dogs and dog health & wellness; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education.
• Improve KPIs via memberships, service add-ons, and retail.
• Develop membership leads; follow up with potential members.
• Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles.
• Manage cash drawer and daily cash handling.
• Resolve customer concerns and retain memberships.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Center Manager.
