Scenthound East Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales & Front Desk Associate to drive membership sales while delivering high-quality customer service to canine owners and their pets. You will engage customers, educate them on health and wellness services, and contribute to a welcoming pet-friendly experience.

The role emphasizes sales confidence, service expertise, and a passion for dogs, with opportunities for growth through our training path toward management.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, especially memberships, is required.
• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, or similar settings.
• Proficiency with computers and basic technology.
• A passion for dogs and dog health/wellness.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education.
• Improve KPIs like average ticket price and rebook ratio via memberships, services, add-ons, and retail.
• Develop membership leads and follow up with potential members.
• Answer phone calls and schedule customer appointments; manage customer profiles.
• Manage cash drawer and daily cash handling.
• Retain memberships and handle customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization per Scenthound standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Center Manager.
