Job summary

Scenthound is seeking a Sales & Front Desk Associate who will drive membership sales while delivering exceptional customer service to every guest. You will engage dog owners, explain health and wellness benefits, and help build lasting client relationships.

The role requires sales experience, strong customer service, computer proficiency, a love for dogs, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work in a smoke-free environment. Growth through our training path to management is available.

Qualifications

• Confident in selling services and products.
• Able to connect with customers (canine and human) and provide outstanding service.
• Willingness to learn our products to educate dog parents and convey company values.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education.
• Influence KPIs via memberships, add-ons, and retail sales.
• Develop membership leads and follow up with potential members.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer profiles.
• Handle cash drawer and daily cash handling responsibilities.
• Manage customer expectations and retain memberships.
• Maintain clean and presentable reception area per Scenthound standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Center Manager.
