Scenthound Denville, NJ is seeking a Sales & Front Desk Associate to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional service to every customer who visits our location. You’ll greet clients, explain our wellness plans, and help members get the most from their visits.

The ideal candidate is confident in selling services, excels in customer service, and can learn our products quickly. We offer hands-on training and a clear path to advancement within our team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and confidence (membership sales are highly valued)
• Customer service experience (retail, restaurant)
• Computer/ Technology proficiency
• A passion for dogs and dog health & wellness
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
• Drive KPIs – average ticket price and rebook ratio – through memberships, service, add-ons, and retail sales
• Develop membership leads; follow up with potential members
• Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records
• Manage cash drawer – daily cash handling
• Retain memberships and resolve customer concerns
• Adhere to Scenter sanitation and cleaning practices
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Scenter Manager
