Digs Long Grove, a premier dog daycare and boarding kennel, is seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to welcome clients and their pets. This hands-on role supports daily operations, manages check-ins, scheduling, and POS transactions, and helps ensure a warm, safe environment.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, clear communication, and a genuine love for animals. Prior experience with dogs and a welcoming demeanor are valued, as is reliability and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area
• Following all standard operating procedures
• Managing check-ins, scheduling, and POS transactions
• Handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including large and boisterous dogs
• Assisting with animal care
