Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a growing consumer products company in Minneapolis to hire a Customer Service Rep (e-commerce). You will support customers by phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience while handling orders, payments, returns, and account inquiries.

The role offers a dog-friendly, collaborative office in the North Loop with free parking and opportunities to gain e-commerce experience. Training is provided, and schedule includes hybrid days across Tue–Sat.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in an office, call center, or e-commerce environment.
• Excellent communication and professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is a plus.
• E-commerce customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, and account inquiries.
• Track shipments and communicate with carriers regarding delivery issues.
• Process returns, issue refunds, and provide return shipping labels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in company systems.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to identify service improvements and trends.
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
