Dogtopia Southlake in Texas is seeking an energetic Operations Manager to lead our team at our new facility. You will drive daily operations, manage guest experience, and ensure top customer service and a safe, welcoming environment for dogs.

This role combines leadership, sales/ops background, and hands-on team development. You’ll interview and onboard staff, supervise spa services, and partner with HQ to uphold Dogtopia standards while managing scheduling, events, and store openings/closings.

Responsibilities

• Lead team with coaching to maintain a positive, service-focused culture
• Oversee Spa Services management and staff training
• Handle hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for dogs
• Open and close store; manage scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays
