Dogtopia is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead our daycare, boarding, and spa operations. You will coach and develop the team, support sales growth, and ensure a Best Day Ever for every dog and pet parent.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, drive enrollment and retention, and maintain safety and cleanliness across all areas. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, people-focused role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
