Dog Tired Pet Services LLC is seeking a Back of House Lead to supervise daycare and lodging operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment for dogs and staff. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities on a fast-paced site.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of supervisory experience in animal care, solid dog-care knowledge, and a proven ability to train and motivate a team while maintaining high standards of service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a dog daycare, lodging, or animal care setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dog behavior and care practices are essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and physically demanding setting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily back-of-house operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper care of dogs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor back-of-house staff including daycare attendants and pet techs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage for daycare, lodging, and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain records of dog care, medications, and behavior notes for front-desk communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and health standards in all back-of-house areas.
