Qualifications

• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate on duties.
• Clear communication with team members and pet parents.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Keen observation to ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Experience with pets is preferred but not required.
• Comfort around dogs of all sizes and breeds.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Playgroup supervision and oversee dog behavior.
• Learn canine body language for safe kennel environment.
• Maintain kennel and play area cleanliness and hygiene.
• Feed pets per instructions, ensure water and bedding.
• Administer medications as directed by veterinary staff.
• Problem solving and proactive task handling.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide basic guest service to pet parents.
• Follow safety protocols to keep guests safe.
• Love and engage with dogs throughout shifts.
