Job summary

Pawtown Pet Resort in Spring, TX is seeking dog lovers to provide top-notch care and grow with a friendly team. Starting pay is $12.00 per hour with raises based on performance, and a safe, rewarding work environment.

You will supervise playgroups, learn canine body language, assist with daily care, and communicate with pet parents. Flexible schedule, weekend and holiday availability highly valued.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented caregiver with good communication.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love for dogs and ability to handle multiple dogs.
• Experience with pet care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dog playgroups and supervise behavior.
• Learn canine body language to ensure safe kennels.
• Maintain kennels and play areas, clean toys and spaces.
• Feed pets per owner instructions and ensure fresh water.
• Report issues promptly and work with the team.
• Provide friendly guest service to pet parents.
• Follow safety protocols for the safety of guests.
• Work with initiative and collaborate with teammates.
