Qualifications

• Team player with ability to work with others.
• Good communicator with team, management, and pet parents.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail to ensure safety and comfort.
• Animal experience preferred but not required; love for animals is a must.
• Dog-friendly and comfortable with dogs of all sizes and breeds.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dog playgroups and manage behavior.
• Learn canine body language and keep dogs safe.
• Clean kennels, play areas and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Daily care: feed according to instructions, provide fresh water and bedding.
• Administer medications per veterinary instructions if needed.
• Solve problems, take initiative, and work with team.
• Communicate effectively with team and pet parents.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Ensure dogs' safety and comfort.
