Dogtopia is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will lead and coach a team focused on top customer service and a safe, clean environment for the dogs in our care.

You may bring your own dog to work after training completion, as part of a fun, dog-friendly culture. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance reviews, coaching on Dogtopia-isms, and ensuring a positive team environment with high standards of safety and care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating staff schedules and monitor daily schedules.
• Lead by example and coach team to a positive culture.
• Deliver written performance reviews and recognition when due.
• Develop staff on our Dogtopia-isms.
• Maintain a neat Front Desk area and professional appearance.
