Job summary
Dogtopia is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in Decatur. You will lead a team, manage staff schedules, coach employees, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, safe environment for dogs. You may even bring your dog to work after training.

- Proven experience in team management and coaching

Responsibilities
- Assist in creating staff schedules and monitor daily schedules
- Lead by example and coach staff to contribute to a positive team culture
- Deliver written performance reviews and acknowledge team members
- Coach staff on Dogtopia-isms
- Maintain a neat Front Desk and ensure professional appearance
- Develop up-selling and drive revenue through customer service
- Ensure Dogtopia safety and cleaning standards are met
- Communicate team needs to management for growth
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for dogs
