Digs Long Grove is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate for our premium dog daycare and boarding facility in Long Grove, IL. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, process payments at the front desk, and provide warm, confident communication with dog parents and their pets.

Qualifications

• Experience working with dogs.
• Comfort handling large, energetic dogs.
• Prior front desk, reception, scheduling, or check-in desk experience is a plus.
• Basic canine behavior knowledge.
• Strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area
• Following all standard operating procedures
• Managing check-ins, scheduling, and POS transactions
• Handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including large and boisterous dogs
• Assisting with animal care
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and team members
