Job summary

ASR International is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to support DoD robotics and autonomous systems logistics, maintenance, warehouse, and sustainment operations. Under general direction, the Warehouse Specialist performs warehousing duties requiring knowledge of established storage plans, material handling procedures, inventory controls, and shipment preparation requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Forklift Operator Certification required.
• Experience with receiving, storing, shipping, and tracking materials.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies.
• Route materials to storage locations and palletize as per plans.
• Receive, inspect, store, issue, pack, ship, and track equipment and parts.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accuracy.
• Examine stored materials for deterioration and report findings.
• Remove materials for shipment, including packing and labeling.
• Support RMA processing, returns, and handoff activities.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment when qualified.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records in systems.
• Coordinate with supply, logistics, maintenance, and Government personnel.
• Maintain clean, safe, and audit-ready warehouse areas.
• Follow safety, security, and program procedures.
