Job summary

SA-TECH is seeking a Test Manager to support program efforts at Dugway Proving Ground, UT. The role focuses on developing test plans and schedules, coordinating budgets and statements of work, and managing project execution for DoD testing programs. A U.S.

citizenship and DoD security clearance are required. The position requires three years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training, and readiness to work in an office and field environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience developing work breakdown structures and implementing earned value management practices.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to obtain test data and meet objectives.
• Coordinate plans, SOWs, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement EVMS practices.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activity.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
