Job summary

SA-TECH, a DoD contractor, is seeking a Test Manager to support the Dugway Proving Ground program. The role emphasizes developing test plans, schedules, and cost estimates while coordinating with customer teams to ensure successful testing and program performance.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance, and a strong commitment to safety and quality in a demanding DoD testing environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience with the development of work breakdown structures and implementing earned value management practices.
• A commitment to maintaining a productive and collaborative working environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design and develop schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data and achieve operation’s objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement earned value management practices.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activity.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
