Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) is seeking a Senior Test Manager to support DoD test activities at Dugway Proving Ground in Utah.

The role involves managing field testing programs, developing test plans, schedules, and budgets, and coordinating with customer and internal teams. Candidates must have a BS in science, engineering, or business, five years of project management experience, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business management, or engineering with five years of project management experience.
• Ability to serve as customer point of contact for field testing.
• Supervisory experience directing subordinate personnel in testing.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience with work breakdown structures and earned value management.
• Must have U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured.
• Background screening including SSN, driving record, and criminal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer contact for field testing and training activities.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Supervise and direct subordinate personnel in testing.
• Develop test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement earned value management.
• Other duties as assigned.
