Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) is seeking a Test Manager at Dugway Proving Ground, UT. The role involves leading test planning, cost estimation, and technical approaches within a DoD environment, coordinating SOWs and budgets, and managing multiple projects on DoD test ranges.

Candidate must have 3+ years in developmental/operational testing, a DoD Secret clearance, and a valid driver’s license. Expect field and office work with strict security and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have three (3) years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience with work breakdown structures and implementing earned value management practices.
• Commitment to a productive and collaborative working environment.
• Current Driver’s License; insured to drive company/government vehicles.
• U.S. Citizenship and a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to hire and during employment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical; periodic retests.
• All candidates must pass background screening (SSN, driving record, criminal background).

Responsabilités

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design and develop schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data and meet objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement EVMS practices.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activity.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
