Job summary

SA-TECH is seeking a Senior Test Manager to support the Dugway Proving Ground program. The role requires leading field-testing efforts, managing budgets, and coordinating with customers across DoD contracts.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in science/engineering/business and at least five years of project management, with DoD clearance and strong EVMS experience. Local Utah location with DoD security requirements and field-work readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business management, or engineering with five years of project management experience.
• Experience serving as a customer point of contact for field testing/training activities.
• Must have supervisory experience directing subordinate personnel in testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer point of contact for field testing and training.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Supervise and direct personnel in testing.
• Develop test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data and meet objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement earned value management.
• Other duties as assigned.
