Job summary

SA-TECH in Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, is seeking a Facility Engineer/Manager to support WDTC operations. The role requires a bachelor's in engineering and hands-on experience in facility operations, cost estimates, QA/QC planning, and coordinating with government design engineers.

You will evaluate projects, develop technical approaches, and provide engineering support to test facilities, laboratories, and control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Two years of experience in engineering, physical sciences, construction management or atmospheric sciences.
• Two years applying engineering and scientific principles to technical tasks.
• Experience in project management and facility operations understanding.
• Knowledge of construction management, budgeting and contract management principles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects and develop cost estimates, technical approaches, and QA/QC plans.
• Identify key elements that may impact project success.
• Provide engineering support to WDTC facilities, laboratories, and test control systems.
• Coordinate and support government facility test or design engineers.
• Other duties as assigned.
