CAE's Defense & Security unit in Tampa seeks a Supply Chain Compliance Specialist to analyze DoD prime contracts, draft compliance briefings, and ensure rigorous FAR/DFARS adherence through supplier networks. You will support CPSR readiness and cybersecurity alignment with DFARS 252.204-7012 and CMMC requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–8 years of aerospace/defense supply chain compliance experience.
• Experience reviewing files for CPSR and DCMA requirements.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DoD prime contracts to identify mandatory and optional FAR/DFARS clauses.
• Draft and integrate regulatory flow-down provisions into subcontracts and POs.
• Track and enforce specialized clauses (e.g., DFARS restrictions, CPSR).
• Develop plain-language contract briefings for procurement and logistics teams.
• Review DPAS ratings and ensure proper flow-down by suppliers.
• Evaluate Reps & Certs for defense eligibility and audit CPSR readiness.
