Job summary

Global Ordnance LLC seeks a Procurement Compliance Manager to lead our procurement compliance framework, ensuring FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and SOX controls compliance. You will oversee Small Business Subcontracting, cost/price analysis, and supplier audits while coordinating with Contracts, Legal, and Internal Audit to maintain audit readiness.

The role may supervise 1–3 staff and travels for DCMA interactions. Authorized U.S.

Qualifications

• Authorized U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of procurement/compliance experience, preferably in government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS; CPSR experience preferred.
• Experience with CPSRs, procurement audits, or government compliance reviews.
• Experience with small business subcontracting plans and eSRS reporting.
• Experience with SOX internal controls and audit processes.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior buyers and procurement staff.
• Own the purchasing system and ensure FAR/DFARS/CPSR compliance.
• Develop procurement policies, procedures, and training.
• Oversee supplier vetting, audits, and site visits as needed.
• Ensure timely procurement in compliance with regulations.
• Lead DCMA CPSR preparation and liaise with auditors.
• Maintain procurement records per regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates and train staff accordingly.
• Oversee SOX compliance for P2P controls.
• Manage performance indicators like CPSR readiness and audit findings.
