Job summary

Global Ordnance, LLC in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Procurement Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and maintain the procurement compliance framework, ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and SOX controls across government contracting programs.

The role oversees the Small Business Subcontracting Program, supports cost/price analysis, and serves as the process owner for Procure-to-Pay controls, supervising 1–3 staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized U.S. Person under ITAR
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
• 8+ years of experience in procurement/compliance/audits in DoD/government environments
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and CPSR requirements
• Experience with small business subcontracting plans and eSRS reporting
• Experience with SOX internal controls and audit processes
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement analytics

Responsibilities

• Own and ensure FAR/DFARS/CPSR compliance across procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and staff training.
• Lead DCMA CPSR readiness and supplier audits.
• Manage Small Business Subcontracting Program and related reporting.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Legal on subcontract reviews.
• Maintain procurement records and audit readiness.
