Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a Software Lifecycle & Service Level Analyst to oversee software lifecycle processes for the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center – Nellis. The role ensures secure, up-to-date systems; collaborates with engineering, cybersecurity, program management, procurement, and vendors to maintain readiness and compliance with DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 3 years with a master’s degree OR 0 years with a PhD/JD; equivalent combination allowed.
• Experience in DoD or similar regulated environments performing software lifecycle or IT support.
• Knowledge of RMF, STIG compliance, and patch management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SLA development, vendor oversight, and performance management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software lifecycle management from acquisition through retirement.
• Coordinate deployment, patching, upgrades, accreditation, and EOL transitions.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies; RMF and STIG guidance; manage SLAs with vendors.
• Support testing and validation of updates and new releases.
• Maintain documentation and version control across software portfolio.
• Track SLA performance metrics and coordinate corrective actions.
