Job summary

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Flighter Planner & Scheduler for the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center – Nellis. This role coordinates weekly sim requirements, maintains DMOSS data, and ensures de-confliction and timely execution of operations in a virtual battlespace.

The ideal candidate has DoD TS/SCI access (or ability to obtain), a Top Secret clearance within the last 24 months, and strong English communication skills. A U.S.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years with Masters; or 10 years with HS diploma.
• Experience in a flying Squadron/Group/Wing, scheduling, SARM, HARM, Current Ops, or Stan & Eval.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Self-starter able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with active DoD TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly sim requirements with JITTC-N leads and input into DMOSS.
• Publish weekly schedules and distribute to campus personnel.
• Host weekly scheduling meetings with site leads and unit leadership.
• Coordinate sim downtimes for maintenance actions.
• De-conflict double booked sim windows per unit priorities.
• Enter DMOSS requests for validation and de-confliction.
• Maintain DMOSS access and database records for schedulable assets.
• Generate reports on weekly sim utilization and related metrics.
• Coordinate mission rooms and TDY sim requests with security teams.
• Summarize sim user feedback for leadership awareness.
