Job summary

Dignitas Technologies, a By Light company, seeks an experienced Program Manager for a large multi-year IDIQ contract. The candidate will report to the Senior Program Manager and act as Deputy in all PM functions, including financial, subcontractor, and schedule management, plus customer interface and internal team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management or other related degrees.
• 5-10 years of experience in project and resource management.
• DoD Contract Experience.
• Strong Financial Acumen.
• Proposal Experience.
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Full Spectrum Leadership experience leading diverse, distributed and virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist mission partners and customers to assess their needs, provide information, resolve problems, and satisfy their requirements.
• Perform monthly status briefings.
• Lead a team to ensure program execution, including subcontractors.
• Be responsible for tracking and maintaining cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, risks and opportunities, process improvement initiatives, and common execution metrics.
• Lead follow on proposal efforts.
