Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience
• 8+ years in DoD/Federal software asset management
• Experience with SAM platforms and licensing models

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Software Asset Management across DoD environment
• Ensure license compliance and manage audits
• Maintain SAM inventories and discovery processes
• Develop cost models and optimize software spend
• Manage vendor relationships and licensing negotiations
• Produce dashboards and executive summaries
