Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, business, acquisition, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks, FAR, and DFARS as they relate to IT software and service procurements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on terms, conditions, scope, and usage of all ELAs in the portfolio.
• Monitor license utilization rates and maintain consolidated requirements tracking for ELAs.
• Liaise with Army commands to compile, understand, deconflict, and correlate ELA submissions.
