Job summary

Paragon Technology Group seeks a SharePoint Administrator to join the DoD JCSE program at McDill AFB, Florida. The role provides on-site Tier 1/2 support, configures and migrates SharePoint across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS, and delivers Power Platform training.

You will host briefings for senior leaders, design user guides, and ensure secure access control across HUB sites while maintaining storage and performance. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems (O365) suite.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong customer service skills with Tier 1 and 2 experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive SharePoint portal and site enhancements for DoD environment.
• Host technical briefings and planning meetings for leadership.
• Design and deliver training on SharePoint and Power Platform tools.
• Document user guides, how-tos, FAQs, and technical papers.
• Track work, notes, and interactions in the ticketing system.
• Provide on-site Tier 1/2 SharePoint support and training.
• Manage access, permissions, and site creation across HUB sites.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and perform data archiving.
• Support Modern SharePoint Online sites and lists.
