Job summary

SHR Consulting Group seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer to guide the team managing the DoW COOP/COG SharePoint portal, ensuring availability, performance, and security across SPO and on-premises platforms. You will oversee architecture, governance, and workflows while enforcing compliance for classified and unclassified networks.

You must hold an active DoD Secret clearance to start, with eligibility for upgrade.

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years managing an enterprise SharePoint Online/Server environment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Teams integration.
Ability to manage mission-critical applications in a complex environment.
Experience with security governance, records management, and compliance.
Proven incident and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee architecture, planning, and migration to SharePoint Online and on-premises.
Design and implement automated workflows with Power Automate and Power Apps.
Enforce governance and information-sharing compliance across networks.
Coordinate Tier II/III support with DISA/DEOS on outages and anomalies.
Develop AI-assisted content classification and enterprise search.
Lead portal operations, training, and serve as portal SME.
