Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced SharePoint Power Platform Developer and Administrator to support the AFNCR ITS program by delivering administration, development, and operational support for SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform within government environments. This role operates in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting supporting Air Force and DoD organizations.

This role requires at least 6 years of IT experience, an active Secret clearance, and onsite work at Joint

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant IT experience, including 4+ years in applications programming and database management.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Full-time onsite availability at Joint Base Andrews with occasional telework.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, development, and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom SharePoint and Power Platform solutions using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, React, and VS Code.
• Design, develop, and manage Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards/reporting solutions.
• Resolve Tier 1–3 incidents, service requests, and operational issues per SLA and ITIL processes.
• Administer SharePoint site collections, permissions, governance, content management, and decommissioning.
• Manage AD-integrated access controls and user/group memberships across environments.
• Design and enhance SharePoint pages, layouts, branding, and user interfaces.
• Monitor environment health, performance, and availability to ensure stability.
• Analyze business requirements to design and implement effective software solutions.
• Test, debug, and document solutions to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Provide technical guidance to team members to meet development timelines.
