Job summary

Paragon Technology Group, Inc. seeks a SharePoint Administrator to work on-site at a DoD environment, configuring and managing SharePoint Online across NIPR/SIPR/JWICS domains. You will serve as Tier 1/2 support and deliver training to end users.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a Secret clearance, and at least 3 years of SharePoint Online experience within DoD settings. Strong collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems (O365) suite.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong customer service skills with experience in providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation for the command's SharePoint portal and sites by identifying and implementing new features and process improvements.
• Host and facilitate technical briefings, capability demonstrations, and planning meetings for senior military and C-Suite level leadership.
• Design, organize, and conduct formal training workshops and events to increase user proficiency and adoption of SharePoint and Power Platform tools.
• Leverage strong documentation skills to create and maintain clear, concise SharePoint user guides, how-to articles, FAQs, and technical papers.
• Demonstrate excellent task management skills by effectively tracking all work, notes, and customer interactions within the internal ticketing system.
• Provide SharePoint support to customers on Out-of-the-box features for Modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, and lists.
