Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned SharePoint Power Platform Developer and Administrator to support the AFNCR ITS program, delivering SPO, M365, and Power Platform solutions in government environments.

The role involves administration, development, troubleshooting, and operational support in mission-critical settings, with full-time onsite work at Joint Base Andrews and occasional telework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of specialized experience in applications programming and database management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, business/finance, or related field (or equivalent experience substitutions).
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform tools.
• Proficiency in modern web development languages and frameworks (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, etc.).
• Experience with Active Directory, permissions management, and enterprise-level system administration.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Full-time onsite availability at Joint Base Andrews with occasional telework.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, support, and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Develop and maintain custom SharePoint and Power Platform solutions using modern web tech.
• Design, develop, and manage Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Resolve Tier 1–3 incidents per SLA and ITIL processes.
• Administer SharePoint site collections: creation, configuration, permissions, governance, content management.
• Manage Active Directory-integrated access controls and user/group memberships across environments.
• Design and enhance SharePoint pages, branding, and UI.
• Monitor SharePoint environment health, performance, and availability.
• Analyze requirements to design effective software solutions.
• Test, debug, and document software improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to team members to meet timelines.
