Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to deliver full-spectrum development and implementation support for DoD missions at Joint Base Andrews, MD.

You will translate approved processes into secure workflows, dashboards, and user experiences supporting ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM needs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of application development, 3+ years ServiceNow experience, and a current CAD certification or ability to obtain it within six months; US citizenship and Top Secret

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance (in-scope) and US citizenship.
• DoD 8140 qualification requirements for the assigned work role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, IT or related field.
• Current ServiceNow CAD certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• 5+ years of application development experience, including 3+ years with ServiceNow.
• Experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITAM and Agile/DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, implement, and sustain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Translate approved processes into secure workflows, dashboards, forms, and user experiences.
• Collaborate with HAF/A1 sprint and DevOps teams and stakeholders to translate processes into workflows.
• Develop tailorable dashboards, reports, forms, and experiences fit for mission needs.
• Implement ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules and related business processes.
• Support requirements analysis, backlog refinement, and sprint planning and demonstrations.
• Apply development standards and security controls within DoD ServiceNow environment.
• Troubleshoot defects, support integrations, and coordinate production changes.
