Job summary

Peek IT Services is hiring ServiceNow specialists to build, configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, OMT, TSM and TSOM modules. Roles include Journeyman, Senior and Master levels with a hybrid work model, on-site at Fort Meade, MD and Ogden, UT, and a single video interview in the hiring process.

We value candidates with DoD program experience or military background, 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, and ITSM proficiency. Relocation is considered for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience (2+ years).
• Experience with ITSM: Incident, Change, Problem and Request.
• 3+ years enterprise technology infrastructure experience.
• Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
• CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management experience.
• At least one ServiceNow certification on resume.
• Must attain IAT Level II before start; IAT II/III within 14 days.
• Eligible for a DoD Secret clearance; Journeyman Interim Secret minimum.
• On-site work at Fort Meade, MD and Ogden, UT; W-2 basis.

Job description

You will build, configure and maintain a ServiceNow platform supporting ITSM, OMT, TSM and TSOM modules on a hybrid schedule based out of Fort Meade, MD and Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, UT. There are 12 openings across Journeyman, Senior and Master levels, with a single video interview in the hiring process. Candidates open to relocation and those with a military background are considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, customize and maintain the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, OMT, TSM and TSOM modules
• Build workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, views, groups, roles and service catalog items
• Develop custom applications on the platform

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem and Request
• Minimum 3 years of experience with enterprise technology infrastructure
• Experience building REST and SOAP integrations
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management
• At least one ServiceNow certification listed on your resume
• Must attain IAT Level II certification (Security+ is the most common path) before start, and IAT Level II/III within 14 days
• Eligible for a DoD Secret clearance; Journeyman level requires an Interim Secret minimum, Senior and Master levels must be clearable
• Able to work on site occasionally at Fort Meade, MD and Ogden, UT
• Able to work on a W-2 basis
