Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) is seeking a Mid-Level General Security Specialist to support and execute security operations across DoD and Intelligence Community programs. You will help ensure compliance, risk management, and operational security for personnel, physical, industrial, information, and program security requirements.

This role requires coordinating with government customers and program management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting security operations and compliance programs in DoD, government, or IC environments.
• Ability to interpret and apply security policies and directives.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security functions across personnel, physical, industrial, information, and program security operations.
• Maintain security records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Review policies, regulations, and directives and apply them to programs.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate security actions with government customers and stakeholders.
• Deliver security briefings and training to personnel.
• Prepare security reports and metrics for leadership.
