Job summary

E-Logic seeks a qualified Management Support Analyst to provide program and project execution support for the Planning, Design, and Construction Directorate.

The selected candidate will assist with program management, workload planning, resource analysis, administrative operations, and coordination among government stakeholders to support the successful execution of planning, design, and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's degree focused on business, management, or finance AND 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• U.S. citizen with a current, active DoD Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project; Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and proficiency in data-analysis software (Power BI).
• Strong communication; team building/leadership; project-lifecycle management; business concepts (HR modeling, resource allocation, strategic planning).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project execution management support; analyze program execution data and resource requirements.
• Support acquisition programs and funds management; coordinate meetings, group work sessions, travel, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare reports; prepare workflow, operational, and cost studies.
