Job summary

E-Logic is seeking a qualified Management Support Analyst to provide program and project execution support for the Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate.

The selected candidate will assist with program management, workload planning, resource analysis, administrative operations, and coordination among government stakeholders to support the successful execution of planning, design, and construction projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, management, or finance and 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• U.S. citizen with a current, active DoD Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project; Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Analytical problem-solving with data-analysis tools (Power BI).
• Strong communication, leadership, lifecycle management, and HR modeling and strategic planning.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project execution management support; analyze program execution data and resource requirements.
• Support acquisition programs and funds management; coordinate meetings, group work sessions, travel, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare reports; prepare workflow, operational, and cost studies.
