Job summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks a Project Management Analyst to support project execution, admin operations, and vendor follow-up across multiple functional areas. The role combines project coordination, general administration, and vendor order tracking to improve visibility and financial processing.

The analyst will work with project managers, procurement, and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and clear documentation of activities, supporting timely progress and accountability.

Qualifications

• 0 years experience with Bachelor’s in related field or a High School Diploma with 4 years relevant experience.
• Experience supporting technical projects/programs within the DoD.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor records, and related docs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to follow up on orders and document delivery dates.
• Monitor invoice status and escalate issues to procurement or finance as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready records of orders, deliveries, invoices, and communications.
