Job summary

Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation seeks a Program Analyst to provide analytical and administrative support to funded DoD programs. You will assist multiple Program Managers, assimilate financial and contract data, and prepare reports and briefings to track costs, schedules, and performance.

Responsibilities include establishing cost control systems, delivering program deliverables, and responding to data calls. A readiness to identify risks and forecast financial results is essential.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• 5 years of experience in finance including cost, pricing, or accounting and estimating.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost control systems, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.
• Coordinate and develop program deliverables and analyze program costs, schedules, and performance data.
• Prepare various spreadsheets/reports/briefs as tracking tools for program management.
• Support technical and finance teams in responding to data calls, monitor and report performance and progress against plans, baselines, and requirements.
• Assist in identification and resolution of issues impacting program/project cost, schedule, and performance.
• Identify financial or operating risks, forecast and track financial results to meet budget projections, provide project status reports.
