Qualifications

• Ten+ years of management experience as an analyst.
• Five+ years of DoD contracting experience.
• Experience sourcing data from multiple sources to understand operations.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management.
• Ensure technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost compliance.
• Support administrative and business operations of the project.
• Gather/analyze data to identify organizational improvements.
• Perform routine tasks following defined procedures.
• Coordinate with colleagues to optimize resource use and execution.
