Job summary

Bodwé Group Companies seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a global Real Property Support Services program for DoD installations. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee resources, and ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance across real property systems and facility data management.

The role requires 10+ years in DoD real property domains, 5+ years leading professional teams, and strong communication skills. Hybrid/remote work is supported; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of experience supporting two or more DoD Real Property Systems of Record.
• 5+ years of experience managing professional teams and complex programs.
• Demonstrated experience in program planning and execution, resource management, schedule development, risk management, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must possess and maintain a favorable NACI Public Trust determination at contract start through employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of RPSS across multiple DoD organizations and installations.
• Manage program resources, staffing, schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Ensure successful execution of contractual requirements while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and implement process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams supporting real property management and infrastructure planning.
• Serve as the primary interface between government stakeholders and contractor personnel.
• Ensure compliance with DoD real property policies and audit readiness requirements.
