Job summary

BizFirst is recruiting for a DAI BPA Program Manager in Washington, DC (Remote). The role leads contractor personnel, oversees DoD ERP/DAI activities, and ensures performance against SLAs and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of program management experience in large DoD programs, PMP and CDFM certifications, and strong leadership and communication skills. Active Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• US Citizen with active Secret Clearance.
• PMP certification required.
• CDFM certification required.
• Minimum 5 years program management experience with large, complex DoD ERP/accounting systems using DAI and Oracle Federal Financials.
• Excellent leadership and team supervision skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of quality and operational efficiency across the BPA.
• Address technical and business process considerations.
• Allocate resources and respond to Government inquiries and feedback.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, or resource-related challenges to the Government.
• Schedule personnel rotations to maintain staffing levels.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
