Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in DHS/DoD, 10+ years in Federal Real Property, PMP certification, and strong leadership. This position supports a U.S.

Qualifications

15+ years of DHS/DoD experience.
10+ years in Federal Real Property management (acquisition, asset optimization, space planning).
MA or MS in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial field.
PMP certification required.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct complex engagements within DHS/DoD.
Coordinate across multiple teams, agencies or contractors.
Ensure programs deliver within scope, budget and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
