Code Metal, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support government and commercial defense pursuits.

You will coordinate capture activities, maintain opportunity information, organize proposal development, and track requirements from qualification through final submission. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable coordinating across business development, technical, contracts, finance, and executive teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DoD proposal coordination or government contracting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Experience with Shipley or similar proposal methodologies.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft productivity suites.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate proposal activities from pre-solicitation through final submission with schedules and deadlines.
• Research government customers, pathways, contract vehicles, incumbents and upcoming requirements.
• Develop compliance matrices, outlines, checklists, and submission requirements.
• Monitor procurement portals for opportunities, amendments and notices.
• Coordinate inputs across growth, technical, contracts, pricing, finance, and partners into written responses.
• Draft proposal content including executive summaries and past performance.
• Coordinate capture and proposal meetings and follow-up actions.
• Perform desktop publishing, formatting, editing, and final submission.
• Maintain reusable proposal content and corporate documentation.
• Support pipeline reviews and leadership reporting of BD activity.
