The Addison Group in Arlington, VA is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager/Writer to lead and support the development of high-quality, compliant proposals for Federal Government opportunities, with a strong focus on the DoD market. This role will manage the end-to-end proposal process, serving as a hands-on writer and editor while collaborating with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Competenze

• Active Secret clearance and 10+ years in government contracting with proposal management.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, business; education may be substituted.
• Experience supporting DoD and federal opportunities.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and federal proposal compliance.
• Proven ability to manage full proposal lifecycle and submission processes.
• Strong MS Office, graphics and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle from RFP release through submission.
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and content plans.
• Write, edit, and review proposal sections including executive summaries, management approaches, technical narratives, staffing plans, past performance, and corporate experience.
• Coordinate with SMEs, program managers, solution architects, and BD teams to gather content.
• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Facilitate color team reviews and incorporate reviewer feedback into final submissions.
• Manage proposal volumes, graphics development, formatting, and final production.
• Ensure submissions meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, task orders, and IDIQ opportunities.
• Oversee content on unclassified and classified systems, ensuring security compliance.
