NODA AI, Inc. in Austin is seeking a Proposal Development Manager to lead government proposals from kickoff to submission, collaborating with Business Development, Engineering, Contracts, and Finance to translate complex technology into clear, persuasive responses and to build scalable proposal processes.

This hybrid role requires U.S. citizenship to meet ITAR requirements, with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Formación

5+ years of experience in proposal management for government contracts.
Experience managing multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with federal proposal requirements and review processes.
U.S. citizenship is required due to ITAR regulations and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsabilidades

Lead proposal development for government solicitations from kickoff through submission.
Review requirements and build compliance plans and schedules for each response.
Coordinate writers, technical experts, and reviewers to deliver high-quality proposals on time.
Write and edit proposal content, translating technical capabilities into clear, persuasive language.
Work with Contracts and Finance to keep pricing and technical volumes aligned.
Build and maintain templates, processes, and a reusable content library.
Capture lessons learned to improve future proposals and win rates.
